Stretch and Strength
Stretch and Strength is an intense session of basic stretches and strengthening that targets many areas of the body. Stretching involves an integrated partner-stretching program created by Keri LaGrand. Strengthening involves isometrics to target specific muscles and cardio exercises. This class is a great workout and a fun way to stay in great shape! The Stretch and Strength class is for anyone, whether you are dancer wanting a hard workout or just someone who wants a challenge.
